SHIPPING POLICY
1. Payment Method:
     - Default: Cash on Delivery (COD)
     - For bank transfer, please contact us via Fanpage
     - Shipping Provider: Viettel Post
     - Fees & Estimated Delivery Time:
             + Ho Chi Minh City (Inner Districts): Free shipping; delivery time: 2–3 working days
             + Other Provinces/Cities: Free shipping; delivery time: 2–4 working days
2.  Notes:
     - Delivery time may vary due to logistics and seasonal volume
     - All orders will be confirmed via phone before shipment
     - If unable to contact the customer after 3 attempts, the order will be canceled
     - Please record a video while unboxing to facilitate any claim process if needed

RETURN POLICY
1. Return Period:
Within 10 days of purchase
2. Eligible Return Conditions:
     - Manufacturer defects or damage during production
     - Damage during shipping
     - Expired product
     - Wrong item sent or incorrect quantity

     - Send the item back using a shipping carrier
     - Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement
     - If the original item is no longer available, we will offer a replacement of equal value, or adjust any price difference accordingly
